HLWC no longer charges application fees
This page used to present our application-fee plans. Those fees have been removed: renting a HLWC home now comes with no application fee, no agency fee and no viewing fee.

The support is still included
Removing the fees changes nothing about the service: the support and concierge work those plans paid for is now part of the rent, at no extra cost.

- Tenant support 7 days a week and fast technical call-outs
- Help with your rental file: 3 documents maximum, an answer within 48 hours
- Move-in help: proof of address, home insurance, CAF housing-benefit file
- Upkeep of common areas and maintenance of equipment
- Introductions to your future flatmates before you arrive
