Financial responsibilities

HLWC helps with administrative steps, but your home insurance remains responsible. You pay your deductible and legal responsibilities remain unchanged. If the damage is your fault, costs remain at your expense.

What the law requires vs what HLWC offers

French law does not require landlords to provide TV, Internet, streaming services or cleaning consumables in furnished rentals. At HLWC, these are part of our commitment to modern, worry-free coliving.

Choosing your plan

Essential plan (~€500)

Ideal for tighter budgets wanting coliving benefits while managing common-area cleaning themselves.

Premium plan (~€750)

Ideal for those wanting a balance of services and price: cleaning, Netflix, garden, modern equipment and 5G backup.

High-End plan (quote)

Ideal for a premium experience: priority response, weekly cleaning including bedroom, full consumables and VIP services.

Fees vary by plan: €500, €750 or quote.
Fees are paid once when signing the lease.
They cover your entire stay, whatever its duration.
Emergencies are always prioritized.
HLWC is not a real estate agency but a service-based coliving operator.
